YOGAYoga is good for so many aspects of personal well-being on a psychological level, it helps to cultivate mindfulness by shifting your awareness to the sensations, thoughts, and emotions that accompany a given pose or exercise.  On a physical level, yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance.

I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with specialized training in trauma-sensitive yoga therapy. I am also a certified facilitator for Eat Breathe Thrive, a yoga program designed to help those suffering from eating disorders and certified in Holy Yoga.  I incorporate elements of yoga and breathing into my sessions as needed.
