A little about me:

I am a clinical Marriage and Family Therapist that has worked in the mental health field for the last 6 years.

My goal is to help you find your best YOU! Valerie Kreger, Marriage and Family TherapistI have experience in working with adolescents, teens, individuals, couples and families that are dealing with anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, eating disorders, trauma, marriage issues, blended family hardships, LGBTQ difficulties, and whatever other curve balls life has thrown. My therapy approach is collaborative and client centered; often focusing on system and strength based approaches.  I find humor and “realness” to be my strength, which allows authenticity and a warm, safe environment for change.

I have a Bachelors in Social Work and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University.  I am certified in EMDR and Trauma Sensitive Yoga and have had additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
